Before persuing dance as a career. She was a P.R. Associates and did Social media coverage, Brand Management, Client Services. Back in 2014, She resigned her 9 to 5 job and decided to became a Dance teacher.
Nicole teaching journey started along with her friend Sonal Devraj who is also her business partner. There was a small studio which is located in Khar, Mumbai. Initially they started with just 5 to 10 students as well as used to performed in wedding functions, corporate events, give private classes. Earlier, to attract students they posted their dance videos on their Facebook page which was liked by friends, family and college juniors.

Nicole with Sonal devraj started sharing their dance forms such as hip hop, belly dance, Bollywood on their YouTube channel. Over the period of time they grew and now they have crossed 3 Million subscribers on team naach channel. They collaborated with many bollywood celebrities and Youtubers. Recently Nicole collaborated with Prajakta Koli (Mostlysane).
